Laura McKowen is a mother, digital marketing executive, yoga instructor and writer. She is a lover of the ocean, things beautifully said and the magic of music. She believes we desperately need each other’s most honest stories—to know that we are not alone, to learn how to move through life, to remember who we are.
Following the warrior mamas who came before her, she writes at I Fly at Night about her struggles with addiction, her journey to sobriety and love of all sorts. She resides on the north shore of Boston with her six year-old daughter and is currently writing a memoir.
